Living a dream, in a « Space of life » in the middle of an 11 ha – natural reserve with a 400m – private beach and sharing the peace of a virgin place with Turtles and Lemurs. This site, without any access by road, confers on the concept of Sylvain SUBERVIE the certainty that this haven of peace will be very required in the coming years.

His experience on this beach has enabled him to create the concept, and to draw the plans of the houses. That really correspond to the one day’s stay at the seaside under the Tropics. This place of 250m² (except terraces) is to be shared with friends, without, however, having the constraint of promiscuity.
